Sales Associates

If you are energetic, personable, and motivated to succeed, a career in automotive sales at Tony T CDJR of Gulfgate could be a great fit. Our Sales Associates help customers navigate the vehicle-shopping process while creating a welcoming, informative, and pressure-free experience.

With a diverse selection of new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles along with pre-owned inventory, our sales team works with customers throughout Houston and the surrounding communities to find vehicles that match their needs, lifestyles, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences
Build lasting relationships through professional and attentive customer service
Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicle selection
Explain vehicle features, technology, options, and available models
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Follow up with prospective and existing customers
Maintain accurate customer and sales information
Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance team members to provide a smooth purchasing experience
Stay knowledgeable about Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram products and programs

Service Advisors are an important connection between our customers and our service technicians. This position helps ensure customers understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs while keeping them informed throughout the service process.

Tony T CDJR of Gulfgate's service department provides routine maintenance and automotive repair supported by experienced technicians, advanced diagnostic technology, and updated service procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet service customers and listen carefully to their concerns
Prepare accurate repair orders and document customer requests
Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a clear, professional manner
Provide customers with updates regarding repair status and estimated completion
Coordinate with technicians and service management
Review completed repairs and service recommendations with customers
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records
Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing workflow
Follow up with customers to help ensure satisfaction
Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Service Technicians

Tony T CDJR of Gulfgate is looking for skilled, dependable, and motivated automotive professionals who take pride in doing the job right. Our Service Technicians diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles while helping provide the dependable service our customers expect.

Our licensed service department uses advanced diagnostic technology, modern tools, and regularly updated service procedures to maintain and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and other vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns accurately and efficiently
Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
Communicate findings and additional repair recommendations to Service Advisors
Document work performed and maintain accurate repair information
Complete routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections as assigned
Properly use and maintain dealership tools and equipment
Follow dealership, manufacturer, and workplace safety procedures
Stay current with applicable automotive technology, training, and repair procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We Look For:

Automotive repair and diagnostic experience
Strong mechanical and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Stellantis, ASE, or other manufacturer certifications are a plus
Willingness to complete ongoing training as required
Ability to safely operate vehicles and shop equipment

Parts Associates

Our Parts Associates help keep both our customers and service department moving by locating, organizing, and supplying the right automotive parts and accessories. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable about automotive products, and committed to excellent customer service.

Tony T CDJR of Gulfgate's Parts Department offers authentic Mopar OEM components, accessories, performance parts, and other products for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT, and SRT vehicles. The department maintains a large parts selection and can order additional components when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts requests
Identify and locate the correct parts using dealership systems and catalogs
Support Service Technicians and Service Advisors with parts needs
Receive, organize, label, and stock incoming parts
Maintain accurate inventory records
Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders
Help maintain an organized and efficient parts department
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and dealership employees
Stay knowledgeable about Mopar parts, accessories, and available products
Follow dealership procedures for inventory control and loss prevention

What We Look For:

Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Basic automotive knowledge preferred
Comfortable working with computers, inventory systems, and parts catalogs
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Previous automotive parts or dealership experience is a plus
Ability to safely lift and handle automotive parts and supplies as required
Valid driver's license may be required depending on position responsibilities
